Biography
Preparation. Dedication. Hard work. I have built my career on these three principles. I firmly believe a lapse in any one of these departments results in a disservice to my client. I prepare each of my cases as if it is my most important case, because the simple truth is that your case is the most important case in your life. I treat your case as if it were my own. If you are or a loved one has been injured or killed as a result of another's negligence, we will represent you with pride.
While in law school, I received a Concentration in Litigation. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to take the skills I learned in school and translate them to the courtroom. Although not all cases end up going to trial, I have my eye set on taking the case to a judge and jury from day one. I am confident in the courtroom and comfortable trying a case. In my experience, this trait not only helps to win at trial, but also results in larger settlements for my clients. There are many attorneys out there, but they are not all litigators. I am a litigator.
I am not an attorney who is comfortable doing the bare minimum to get an "okay" result for my client. Each person I represent deserves my full attention. Excellent Lawyer!
John went the extra mile on my case. He was able to get my MIP and possession of marijuana tickets reduced to a lesser charge so I won't have them on my record. He was personally committed to getting the charges reduced and I can't thank him enough!!

Timely and Effective
I hired John to help out with a misdemeanor trespassing charge and a couple traffic tickets.
