I truly love to help people in their injury cases (an injury is how I got into law). I appreciate the chance to step in and help out. I have tried (and appealed) many cases over 34 years, and have tried injury cases for 28 years. I have been trying Workers' Comp. and personal injury cases since 1987, and have been teaching those subjects (and Social Security Disability) since 1992.

I have never ever needed a lawyer however upon my first conversation with Mr Bucklin he explained in detail how the process worked. And I really did not want to hire a lawyer, however as things progressed I found out I did and Mr Bucklin was more than understanding about my needs. He gave me options...
