land sale

Mr. Steele drew up contracts for sale of property. He negotiated a fair price for our land. The buyer ignored our contact numerous times until Mr. Steele got involved. Within few days, negotiations were settled.

"I endorse this lawyer. Randy is a wonderful opposing counsel to have on the opposite side of the case. He is highly ethical. he works hard to try to settle cases, and responds quickly to settlement offers. When matters are not settled, he is highly skilled in the courtroom, and presents his case well and thoroughly. His wonderful staff has him highly organized, which allows him to respond to discovery quickly and thoroughly. He is a quick thinker, and really does represent his clients well. His billing practices seem to be fair, and his staff is very easy to talk with."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
