Robert Duke Bas

The morning after being arrested for DUI, given two additional citations (one moving violation and one mechanical) and facing license suspension for a refusal to blow, I contacted a friend who is an attorney. I was charged with a felony and misdemeanor. I have a CDL and was only passing through the County. The first lawyer, failed to file anything to get rid of my suspension. When Mr. Bas took over, he said from the start, that the case will have to go to trial, but we would win. I wasn't sure about i...t. He knew the County, and waived a jury. Robert Bas was a great lawyer, I used him in 2012 when I was stupid and got into some trouble.
