Robert Duke Bas

I think the hardest part of any legal matter is the waiting. It's hard to trust the process when it's your life at the stake. Robert was upfront and honest about my situation... I can confidently say that Mr.Bas is someone you want in your corner... He's competent, knowledgeable and ready to represen...t/fight for you. Long story short, he took my felony case and brought me to a misdemeanor.. Felony amended to class A misdemeanor. 15+ tickets and 3 separate misdemeanor's tossed out. A domestic battery charge I was serving probation for which was poorly handled by my attorney at the time Tom Hildebrand.(fired) I contacted Robert Bas and he entered in and got the case dismissed. I'm no fi...rst time felon or unfamiliar with the law let me just clarify that. I didn't get away or fool or lie to anybody. Robert Bas not only listened to me he heard me.I know this is how people should be treated and represented in legal matters. I have a lot more faith in the court system based on these events.Lastly he extended a payment plan that was ridiculously reasonable and I can't say it enough Thank you Robert Bas I truly appreciate you and all you did.

Mr. Bas has been my lawyer since 2017 dealing with my nasty divorce and also false accusations from my ex wife. He has done nothing but been there for me legally and also cared enough of about me I do consider him a friend and not just my lawyer now. He’s represented me in jury trial with my ex wife ...domestic battery and we did receive a not guilty from the jury. Anytime asked about a lawyer he is the only one I recommended in IL.
