Walter Ding

I hired Walter in January and resolved my case in August. I feel I need to help with all this negative review crap, because it almost detoured me from Walter. He was recommended by my girlfriends dad(Retired Campaign County Investigator) and felt his price was also very good. Now I messed up and t...hat's my responsibly. But Walter was great and was able to show the Judge I had important things I could not lose. So it all worked out and I can continue working and am still able to see my Son when ever I want. He will not beat around the bush as well which was appreciated. For all the haters on here. Take responsibility for your actions and keep your bad reviews to yourself. Walter made excuses to me when making motions to continue and resulting in my right to a speedy being invalid and not used when I asked him too! asked him why he threatened to drop case! Refused to subpoena witnesses requested from dcfs and police department! When asked why, he said if I was unhappy... get another lawyer, he failed to demonstrate a knowledge of my case, resulting in a guilty verdict for an event that never happened! I did have evidence to acquit but he had not read the information I gave him only relying on the arguments, and case made by state! His defense was ineffective and I was un satisfied with the result! I feel any other lawyer could have investigated case and would have recieved a not guilty verdict beyond a reasonable doubt! I am appealing!

Walter Ding failed to do his job. Did not give any calls regarding court, expected client to show up with no knowledge about court and what to expect, also, when client forgot about court and missed court date, Walter did not call client until three days after. He said that client would not be arrest...ed due to warrant for missing court, ultimately, client was arrested at home and had to pay $1,000 bond. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. Keep in mind this was a civil court case, and yet client was still severely penalized due to the lack of responsibility by his "trusted" attorney.
