Walter Ding

Walter made excuses to me when making motions to continue and resulting in my right to a speedy being invalid and not used when I asked him too! asked him why he threatened to drop case! Refused to subpoena witnesses requested from dcfs and police department! When asked why, he said if I was unhappy... get another lawyer, he failed to demonstrate a knowledge of my case, resulting in a guilty verdict for an event that never happened! I did have evidence to acquit but he had not read the information I gave him only relying on the arguments, and case made by state! His defense was ineffective and I was un satisfied with the result! I feel any other lawyer could have investigated case and would have recieved a not guilty verdict beyond a reasonable doubt! I am appealing!

I hired Walter on advise from another counsel Mr. Lance Cagle. Mr. Cagle informed me to get Walter if I could for my criminal cases as he works daily at Champaign county and knows all the people there as well as judges and formats they use.
