Jim Arkell

Mr. Arkell was very candid with me from the beginning. He presented me with hard evidence and the road to follow for success. What I liked about his firm is they wouldn’t accept a hopeless case just for the sake of it. They simply wouldn’t accept some of my friends who hadn’t had what it would take ...for the road ahead. So no, they are not scamming people for money. They are timely, precise and always an email ahead. One thing I would have liked more may be a phone contact here and there. Constant correspondence via email (written evidence) carries more traction and momentum for the case. If you think you have what it takes for EB2, Mr. Arkell is the person cut out for it. They don’t promise you the moon just to walk out on you in the middle of the launchpad. So be real and honest, they will take care of the rest.

I used attorney Arkell's service for an EB-2 NIW application, which he recommended as a first step towards permanent residency for my profile. Jim and his team (Kayla in particular) were incredibly helpful and responsive, taking time to answer all my questions in great detail. I had an introductory ...call with Jim Arkell, where he laid out the main options for my Green Card application (mainly EB-1 and EB-2 NIW), recommending that we pursue EB-2 as it would be more likely to succeed, despite requiring longer time for approval. He was very reassuring and he saw great chances of my case being approved. After filing I-140, we did discuss going down the EB-1 path in parallel, as an alternative in case EB-2 would take too long, but he was very honest in suggesting that I do not invest my money in an additional application. His recommendation was for me to wait and have confidence in the EB-2 application, which was eventually approved without RFE! Wait time for the NIW was 9 months, in line with the expectations set by the firm at the start of the process (maybe closer to the higher end of the range).
