Out of the dozen or so attorneys I reached out to for my EB2 NIW consultation last year, Jim was the only one to speak with me for over half-hour over the phone. Over the course of two months that followed, I worked extensively with Jim and Kayla (the practice manager) to prepare my petition and the evidence documents.
