I first had a call with Jim Arkell, who evaluated my case and provided relevant advice on which petition to file for a green card. He listened to my concerns, especially regarding all the fees that would need to be paid, and provided helpful and solutions (multiple payments). He and his team then pro...vided me with a comprehensive agreement for a very reasonable fee that would include support for preparing and filing an NIW petition, and refiling for free in case the first petition got rejected, as well as support for forms I-485, I-131, and I-765. I then worked with his team to prepare and file the NIW petition. I could tell their expertise with managing such cases! They provided me with helpful templates for the letters of support, a flowchart highlighting all the steps of the petition process from start to finish, and they even have a website for you to upload your personal info and documents important for filing all the petition forms. I also really appreciated working with the Arkell team; they are super responsive, very supportive all along the process, help manage the multiple payments swiftly, and work very efficiently (the slowest part of my application process was me gathering letters of support). With their support, USCIS approved my petition 3 months after it was filed!
