Mr. Arkell was very candid with me from the beginning. He presented me with hard evidence and the road to follow for success. I used attorney Arkell's service for an EB-2 NIW application, which he recommended as a first step towards permanent residency for my profile. Wait time for the NIW was 9 months, in line with the expectations set by the firm at the start of the process (maybe closer to the higher end of the range).
