When I applied for my green card under my employer's sponsored EB1B category, the lawyer hired by my employer did a terrible job putting together my application. Even though I had good credentials, the inefficient way of putting up an application resulted in my I-140 application being rejected immedi...ately (even without an RFE). In simple terms, they compiled a 3-4 page letter to USCIS describing my application and this letter was in any way compelling.
