I had an excellent experience applying for a green card based on an EB2 national interest waiver (NIW) thanks to Jim and the Dunn Law firm. Even though my field of experience/research was very specialized, Jim Arkell drafted an excellent NIW petition on my behalf, which eventually led to an approval!... The NIW/EB1A practice manager Kayla Clark managed the whole I-140 and I-485 application process with efficiency and utmost professionalism. My wife and I were able to complete the I-485 process with ease thanks to Kayla! I started this process while I was a graduate student, and the lawyer fees were very reasonable.
