I first contacted his office on October 2021, after a brief phone interview, they informed me I had a good case and they encouraged me to apply for permanent residence. It took me a couple of months to prepar...e all the required documents. About a month after I submitted such documents, Mr. Arkell prepared a solid and compelling case. The NIW petition was filed on April 2022, and it was approved in August 2022. The AOS alongside with the EAD card and advanced parole petitions were filed on September 2022. I received my EAD card by December 2022 and the advance parole on January 2023. Finally, by March 2023 I already had my green card. Mr. Arkell and his team, particularly Kayla Clark, were extremely professional and helpful during the entire process. They always promptly replied to my emails with answers to my questions and concerns. I cannot recommend enough Mr. Arkell and the Dunn Law firm.
