In 2022, I retained Jim Arkell of the Dunn Law Firm to represent me in my national interest waiver application. When my status came close to expiring but Jim and his team worked above and beyond to ensure that they got my change of status documents submitted on time. And as of right now, I have my pe...rmanent residency which was approved in April of 2023.
