I found out about Jim Arkell and the Dunn Law firm through a Google search, I’m glad I did. I first contacted his office on October 2021, after a brief phone interview, they informed me I had a good case and they encouraged me to apply for permanent residence. It took me a couple of months to prepar...e all the required documents. About a month after I submitted such documents, Mr. Arkell prepared a solid and compelling case. The NIW petition was filed on April 2022, and it was approved in August 2022. The AOS alongside with the EAD card and advanced parole petitions were filed on September 2022. I received my EAD card by December 2022 and the advance parole on January 2023. Finally, by March 2023 I already had my green card. Mr. Arkell and his team, particularly Kayla Clark, were extremely professional and helpful during the entire process. They always promptly replied to my emails with answers to my questions and concerns. I cannot recommend enough Mr. Arkell and the Dunn Law firm.

I had an excellent experience applying for a green card based on an EB2 national interest waiver (NIW) thanks to Jim and the Dunn Law firm. Even though my field of experience/research was very specialized, Jim Arkell drafted an excellent NIW petition on my behalf, which eventually led to an approval!... The NIW/EB1A practice manager Kayla Clark managed the whole I-140 and I-485 application process with efficiency and utmost professionalism. My wife and I were able to complete the I-485 process with ease thanks to Kayla! I started this process while I was a graduate student, and the lawyer fees were very reasonable. Given my financial constraints at the beginning of the application process, I was especially glad for the ability to pay it all in installments. Everything that was required from me was made clear upfront so there was minimal confusion and it was very easy to get everything completed.
