Jim, and his team Kayla and Brittany, did an amazing job in helping me in getting a green card. In 2022, I retained Jim Arkell of the Dunn Law Firm to represent me in my national interest waiver application. When my status came close to expiring but Jim and his team worked above and beyond to ensure that they got my change of status documents submitted on time. And as of right now, I have my pe...rmanent residency which was approved in April of 2023. I am very glad I chose to use Dunn Law Firm, and if I had to do the process all over again, I would still retain their services. The one thing I would say as a heads up, which was an expectation I had, was that most of my communication would be with Jim, but then after I thought about it, I realized it made sense that part of my communication had to be with his paralegal or Kayla. Jim was hired to submit a National Interest Waiver application on my behalf. He and his office provided clear guidelines on the required documents and reviewed all submissions related to the application in a timely manner. I also hired Jim to complete an Adjustment of Status after the NIW applicati...on was approved.
