Biography
Chris Gramm is a McLean County native. After graduating from University High School in Normal, he majored in political science at Illinois State University(ISU) and received his Masters degree from the University of Illinois (U of I) prior to attending law school at Northern Illinois University(NIU). Before opening his own law practice in Bloomington, he was formerly an Assistant State's Attorney with the McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted misdemeanors, DUI and traffic cases. Chris is a member of the McLean County and Illinois State Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Chris is now a partner with the law firm of Stivers & Gramm, LLC.

After a nearly spotless driving record for 25+ years I was arrested for a DUI. I found out through Chris that because of having prior DUI's back over 26 years ago that they still were a factor even though I had Court Supervision back then. I thought that because of the Supervision I would be OK.... b...
