Strong Advocate

I have worked with Todd on several matters and have found him to be a strong advocate for his clients and a great legal resource. He is a man with a strong Christian faith and treats people the way he wants his family members treated. Finally an Attorney who truly cares about clients and not about your pocketbook!

Mr. Roseberry represented me in my divorce. He was fair and honest. He took the time to sit down with me and REALLY LISTEN to my concerns, fears, and needs for my family. Excellent advisor, friend and attorney at law!

Divorces are never an easy situation to go through. I truly hope no one has to go through a rough one! But if you must, you need Todd by your side! I am a single dad who worked with Todd for my divorce case. In my initial meeting with Todd, he was very direct, realistic, listened very attentively... and provided fact based options. There onwards, this never changed, as the time passed, I came to appreciate his expertise in practice of law and is extreme professionalism. Todd is very easy to work with. He will go above and beyond to meet your needs and situations to meet with you and provide assistance and guidance. Todd not only provided legal advice to me, but also became a coach and a great friend. He stopped me from falling for those emotional reactive approach to the situation and allowed me to see beyond the legalities of the situation at the time. This allowed me to focus on my long term goals and avoid manusha of the legal process, stay focused on what is important for me (my child) and get through my divorce as fast as possibly can. He is a wonderful attorney for parents with children involved in divorces and making sure that children are made of a priority when supporting and deciding who should have appropriate custody of child(ren). At the time my child was close to six months of an age, and through his prompt advice and guidance, today I have been able to build memories with my child and allowed us to have a family in the two of us, have a wonderful time and future with each other. I'll forever be thankful to Todd and his extremely nice, professional and helpful staff to help me and my child to be where we are at today. As a parent, this hits home for me! Todd has been very helpful when it came to our case. It has been a difficult one for all of us and he has made it easier. He was upfront about the possible cost and although it has gone WAY above that quote it was not his fault that it has gone that way. We live out of town and he has worked with us ...to make this as easy as possible for us!

Worst attorney I've ever had

Had Todd for child custody purposes, didn't do one thing to help me out. Wouldn't fight for me at all. Also wouldn't listen to what I wanted to do at all. I would never recommend him to anyone. Very careless.

It is difficult for me to comment on this post since this person chose to post anonymously. I have no idea if this is even a client of our firm. Sometimes litigation results in less than desirable results. It's always easy to blame the lawyer instead of looking at the facts and the law.
