Biography
Greg Fombelle is a dedicated DUI lawyer. He limits his practice to DUI defense and criminal defense only. In DUI defense, his unique trial tactics resulted in a ten-year winning streak in DUI jury trials. His extensive knowledge of scientific and technical issues in DUI is the cornerstone of his success. In addition, his aggressive style of cross examination has resulted in hundreds of courtroom victories in contested DUI and criminal cases. His creative approach to cross examining a "professional witness" is the hallmark of exposing the truth in otherwise difficult cases. In addition to DUI cases, he has also handled DUI based homicide cases in numerous central Illinois counties. He is frequently referred cases by his fellow DUI lawyers in complex and challeging situations.
Mr. Fombelle accepts DUI charges in the following courthouses routinely: Decatur, Clinton, Bloomington, Monticello, Sullivan, Shelbyville, Taylorville & Lincoln. He has represented clients in 29 Illinois counties, with a primary focus on central Illinois counties. He has contested cases at Jury trial in the following counties: Macon, Dewitt, McLean, Piatt, Cumberland, Coles, Moultrie, Effingham, Shelby, Montgomery & Christian.
Mr. Fombelle has achieved recognition amongst his peers as a leading lawyer in the areas of criminal defense and DUI defense. He is a frequent lecturer at various legal education conferences and seminars to help other lawyers learn to improve their DUI trial skills. He speaks throughout Illinois and enjoys sharing ideas with other DUI professionals.

This elite membership is a substantial source of developing and trending ideas in DUI defense. The absolute best DUI attorney
Used Greg Fombelle recently. Did not blow when I was arrested. Dropped to failure to reduce headlights. No blow and go, no counseling classes or nothing. It was over. I barely had to speak with him but available every time I did. Moved like Michael Jordan and has to be the G.O.A.T in his field....
