Worst in Peoria
Hired for a divorce. She was 100% unfamiliar with my case and asked for things at the hearing that I didn’t even want, while failing to seek the things I hired her for. She rushed through the hearing, was unable to focus on anything, and lost everything.
All Divorce trials are organized with a detailed property distribution grids which are created with extensive collaboration between the client and the team at Watson Law. Property distribution grids clearly show all marital assets, all marital debts, dissipation, and further show requested allocation i.e. the proposed order to the Judge. All assets and debts presented to the Judge must be backed up to the penny with hard evidence. Hard evidence can be, an itemized statement, a bank transfer, titles, promissory notes, loans, and the like. If an item needs to be valued, the client makes the determination to hire an expert to value said asset or dissipation, or rely on the evidence the team is able to present to the Court. No attorney can request property or debt allocation of which there is no evidence, nor can any attorney request of a Judge an allocation that is contrary to fact and law. All property distribution grids have clearly referenced hard evidence which is also given to the Judge at the time of trial. No Attorney can guarantee any outcome from a Court. Watson Law will not present requests to a judge which are not based in fact or law. We thank you for your continued understanding of our strong dedication to attorney ethics and our passion for applying the law to the facts of each and every case.

Thank you, Linda!
I am very thankful for Linda. She helped me realize my soon-to-be ex's lawyer was trying to pull a few tricks on me. I would have been out a lot of money had I not gone to Linda for advice.
"Linda fights for her clients in the courtroom and in the process has earned the respect of her peers in the field of courtroom litigation. I endorse this lawyer."
