I have always considered myself an advocate for those in need of assistance. The practice of law is a perfect outlet for my thirst to assist individuals in many aspects of their lives. Personal injuries suffered by innocent people and caused by careless tortfeasors can often leave people feeling ignored, confused and helpless. Great attorney!
Mr. Ruston helped me with my slip and fall case against Hardees. He was great to work with and we settled the case at mediation last year. It was a wonderful outcome and I couldn't give more of a glowing recommendation of his legal skill and work ethic.

My experience with Mr Rustom was very frustrating as he was largely non-responsive after he received a retainer from me. I filed a complaint, and the letter I received from the ARDC states, "Mr Rustom admitted that he was inattentive to your matter."

Replied last January 24, 2016At our firm we strive to satisfy every client and achieve a positive outcome for their case. In this case, the outcome the client desired was difficult to achieve. Good client relations dictated that, despite working many hours on the case, a full refund be made to the client. We did so in an effort to keep the litigation costs at a minimum for the client. He later chose a different attorney to continue the case. We wish the client good fortune in his future endeavors.
