Mr. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and is able to get through the clutter to the facts of the matter very quickly. We went to him in regards to securing grandparent rights. Although he personally was not in a position to assist us at this time, he was able to provide us with the information and steps... we needed to take in order to move forward.
