I have over 24 years of experience in negotiating and litigating divorces, representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions and helping people divide their retirement plans in divorce. Excellent work and true advocate
I had a contested retirement plan distribution that went to court. Cynthia did an excellent job in researching and preparing for the hearing. We won the argument and I didn't have to pay child support on that distribution. Because of her diligence we won!
