EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

She did amazing work for my boyfriend post divorce. She is fair and absolutely has her clients back. She fought for him and did an amazing job. I don’t think I can say amazing enough and HIGHLY recommend her. She knows her stuff and fights for her client.

Cynthia is a an amazing attorney. I had an usually hard custody case, filled with numerous obstacles. Cynthia worked extremely hard to turn the best case scenario into the judgement. Attorney with Heart
Divorce is not fun. Cynthia can make you smile even while getting a divorce. Very warm-hearted, happy, always energetic and smiling. But in the court room she is what you expect your attorney to be. Cynthia helped me so much, not only by fighting for me in court, but by making me believe that everything will be ok without promising things she couldn't be sure about. Great attorney...I owe her a lot for taking such good care of me. I would recommend her services to anyone who is terrified of going through divorce and confused about attorney hunt on the internet. Excellent work and true advocate
I had a contested retirement plan distribution that went to court. Cynthia did an excellent job in researching and preparing for the hearing. We won the argument and I didn't have to pay child support on that distribution. Because of her diligence we won!

Good lawyer
Ongoing case that has been very difficult due to opposing counsel. Some downside has been quite a bit of disorganization when it comes to submitting documents to the court. For example, I have made corrections and updates on my parenting agreement 3 times and I keep getting back the one I submitted 18 months ago. Stuff like that is frustrating. For the money people pay, I would expect better organization but this seems to be the norm, unfortunately.

Do not hire this lawyer!!
My father and I hired this lawyer to help with his pension benefits. We meet her and discuss what she would do for us we agreed and hired her. We paid the deposit fee and heard nothing from her for over a year upon leaving several messages no response from her of any kind

I hired Law Offices of Tedone & Morton, P.C. firm to represent me during my divorce. I initially had Morton whom I hired but some how during my divorce Cynthia was assigned my case. My divorce papers were not done properly. There was laws and verbiage she added that either didn't not pertain to my case ultimately impacted me financially. She does not communicate well and is not organized. She does not understand the law fully and this can impact you negatively. I had to go back to court to try to straight out some of things she did incorrectly. I was also instructed to file a complaint against this firm because of their incompetence. Please be aware of how this firm can financially impact you before you hire them!
