Divorce is not fun. Cynthia can make you smile even while getting a divorce. Very warm-hearted, happy, always energetic and smiling. But in the court room she is what you expect your attorney to be. Ongoing case that has been very difficult due to opposing counsel. Some downside has been quite a bit of disorganization when it comes to submitting documents to the court. For example, I have made corrections and updates on my parenting agreement 3 times and I keep getting back the one I submitted 1...8 months ago. Stuff like that is frustrating. For the money people pay, I would expect better organization but this seems to be the norm, unfortunately.

I hired Law Offices of Tedone & Morton, P.C. firm to represent me during my divorce. I initially had Morton whom I hired but some how during my divorce Cynthia was assigned my case. My divorce papers were not done properly. There was laws and verbiage she added that either didn't not pertain to my ca...se ultimately impacted me financially. She does not communicate well and is not organized. She does not understand the law fully and this can impact you negatively. I had to go back to court to try to straight out some of things she did incorrectly. I was also instructed to file a complaint against this firm because of their incompetence. Please be aware of how this firm can financially impact you before you hire them!
