First let me say as middle class working guy I hate lawyers, and in my experience most are just out to rip people off. Let me tell you right now, STOP looking and call Don, he is by far the best in illinois. By doing your reserch I know all to well what your looking for, belive me you have found yo...ur best option. When I first met Don id just been charged with two counts class two felonys, I ended up hiring a guy that had a lower retainer cost, it was almost as big a mistake as the felonys! So after wasting 2k and a year of court dates, I called Don a second time asking him to takover, he did so on a handshake deal. If you dont kwow what its like to be charged with a felony, it felt to me like the end of the world. At my lowest point he said"no client of mine in thirty years has gotten screwed"as it turned out not only did he win my case, he won my repect.

Don understands his clients needs and will do his best for a positive outcome.When I retained Don I was nervous about my case and he explained other cases he has dealt with in the past and made me feel that he can make a difference in my case.I did not goto trial and my chaqrges reduced THANK YOU DON...!!!

I ran into some trouble for the first time and Mr. Delbert told me with confidence that we were going to take care of it with no problem. Instead of worrying, I wish I had listened! As we walked into court together, Don took a few moments to observe the courtroom and within 5 minutes he was reporting... back to me with confidence what was going to happen that day with my case. Don made everything very clear to me, and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Delbert is a great lawyer he will be first on my list if I ever need a lawyer again, he helped me beat my dui and Poession charges and got it knocked down to just wreck less driving, my record is clean all because of this guy I am grateful I had him as a lawyer, I can now still enter the mi...litary now like I planned on doing, he works for the best possible out come for you so just be patient with him trust me he is doing everything he can to his best of abilities, he is a very intelligent man, keeps in touch with you to let you know what's going on, never missed any of my court dates and beat my case, i would recommend him to anyone.
