Donald B. Delbert

I was caught speeding on my motorcycle going 103 MPH in a 55 on North avenue in Ogle County. This is a class A misdemeanor criminal charge. This was a big deal for me becasue I am a truck driver and if I lost my driving privelage, I would be put out of work. I called Mr. Delbert and he listened to wh...at happened without judging me. I hired Don Delbert to represent me in a custody case. I paid him his retainer of $2000. He never filed one motion,not one hearing. He read e-mails and sent me another bill with still never filing any motions nor talking in the court room for more than 2 min. I paid him another $1050 and 2 weeks late...r he withdrew from the case 2 days before my hearing was set for possibly one of the biggest days of my life. First let me say as middle class working guy I hate lawyers, and in my experience most are just out to rip people off. Let me tell you right now, STOP looking and call Don, he is by far the best in illinois. By doing your reserch I know all to well what your looking for, belive me you have found yo...ur best option. When I first met Don id just been charged with two counts class two felonys, I ended up hiring a guy that had a lower retainer cost, it was almost as big a mistake as the felonys! So after wasting 2k and a year of court dates, I called Don a second time asking him to takover, he did so on a handshake deal. If you dont kwow what its like to be charged with a felony, it felt to me like the end of the world. At my lowest point he said"no client of mine in thirty years has gotten screwed"as it turned out not only did he win my case, he won my repect.
