I was caught speeding on my motorcycle going 103 MPH in a 55 on North avenue in Ogle County. This is a class A misdemeanor criminal charge. This was a big deal for me becasue I am a truck driver and if I lost my driving privelage, I would be put out of work. I called Mr. Delbert and he listened to wh...at happened without judging me. I hired Don Delbert to represent me in a custody case. I paid him his retainer of $2000. He never filed one motion,not one hearing. He read e-mails and sent me another bill with still never filing any motions nor talking in the court room for more than 2 min.
