I was caught speeding on my motorcycle going 103 MPH in a 55 on North avenue in Ogle County. This is a class A misdemeanor criminal charge. This was a big deal for me becasue I am a truck driver and if I lost my driving privelage, I would be put out of work. I called Mr. Delbert and he listened to wh...at happened without judging me. I felt embarrassed to call in at first but he heard what I did, explained the trouble that I'm in and immediately gave me a strategy about how we will fight this case. All I got was a $750 ticket and some supervision. Once the supervision ends it's like this never happened. Before I hired Mr. Delbert the prosecuter basically told me I'm looking at a Class A Mosdemenor and up to 365 days in jail and he wouldn't budge to drop it. After I got help from Mr. Delbert like I stated above was a day and night difference. My recommendation to anyone that has any traffic case even minor always call a lawyer and never deal with the prosecuter yourself. They are not your freind and not on your side. I own my own semi truck and if I lost my ability to drive, I would literally go bankrupt as I am still paying off my truck. Mr. Delbert stood strong and did not accept any lowball deal they threw at us and he saved me and my family from financial ruin. This case to me wasn't just fighting a speeding ticket, this case determined the future for me and my family. I owe you everything Mr. Delbert, you are a true man of class, thank you.
