Left my case

He resigned as my attorney after almost 2 years without explaining why. He said material disagreement in a letter he sent. I never had a material disagreement.

Ms. Wheeler - I filed suit on your behalf because you told me a bus did something wrong and caused a crash. The bus company sent me the video showing the incident. I sent this to you. The bus came to a stop at a stop sign and a vehicle bumped the bus from behind then fled the scene. We could not identify the car based on the video. The bus made an offer to settle, but you laughed and rejected the offer. I explained that if we cannot prove the bus did something wrong, we cannot win the case. The bus company tried to resolve the case. Our material disagreement was that you wanted to move forward against the bus company when the video shows the bus did nothing wrong. The bus doesn't have uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage. You don't have a policy of insurance with uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage. No other avenue to make a recovery exists. I'm very sorry this happened to you, but I cannot proceed against a Defendant I know did nothing wrong.
