Laura L. Volpini is the Managing Member of Volpini Rinkes, LLC. Laura specializes in residential real estate litigation, construction litigation, and professional liability litigation (namely, title agents, real estate agents, insurance agents, accountants and lawyers). Laura also serves as personal counsel in situations where clients are faced with legal risks not otherwise covered by their insurance policies. She has extensive experience handling matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations, in federal, state and municipal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. In 2006 and again in 2010, 2011, and 2012, Laura was selected for inclusion in the Ohio Super Lawyers® list of Rising Stars, an award designed to identify the top 2.5% of young lawyers in the State.
