Biography
Mr. Fink only represents individuals in personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters, and civil rights cases. He has secured judgments, settlements and awards in well in excess of 6 million dollars on behalf of his injured clients.
Mr. Fink initially joined the City ofChicagoas a prosecutor where he successfully tried hundreds of cases to judgment and negotiated thousands of other cases. Mr. Fink next worked as an associate attorney with a well-known insurance defense firm, where he concentrated in the defense of automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, other personal injury defense matters and complex appellate law.
He took his experience working for defendants and their insurance companies and was a founding Partner of Arquilla & Fink where represented only plaintiff's who had been injured. In 2010 he joined the Law Offices of Meyer and Blumenshine and continues his work representing individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury matters and civil rights cases.
Mr. Fink has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for multiple years running. The Rising Star award is granted to less than 2.5% of lawyer under the age of 40 for excellence in the practice of law.
Mr. Fink received a Bachelor’s of Science in Forestry and Political Science fromIowaStateUniversity. In 2002, he received his Juris Doctorate, with a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, from Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Chicago-Kent, Mr. Fink was recognized for his achievements regarding both his pretrial litigation and trial advocacy skills, achieving the CALI Award in both areas, ranking first in his class.

Would HIre Again - FANTASTIC!
I hired him for a difficult case and he has worked hard on the case. He keeps me updated, which is rarity with attorneys. great, reliable lawyer
Mr. Fink helped me with a settlement case from a car accident. It took a couple years but only because he wanted to get me a better offer than the one the insurance company first offered.
