Biography
I have been in the private practice of Law for over 30 years and have had the honor of being named as one of the top 3 attorneys in my community. I have also been named as a "Leading Lawyer" in Illinois and named by Chicago magazine as an Illinois "Super Lawyer". The Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer directory has granted me it's highest rating available.
I have authored a lawyers guide to the introduction of evidence at trial, co-authored a 3 volume guide to Civil Practice and am the Co-Editor of a two volume treatise on Illinois Causes of Action.
I have given presentations at over 50 seminars for Attorneys in Illinois and have been an active member of the Illinois Bar Association serving as the chair of the Civil Practice section council and also as chair of the Tort law section council. I am a member fo the Board of Directors of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
I have tried cases to verdict throughout all of Illinois and practice exclusively in the representation of injured parties.
