I sign up for some consultation and his secretary or associate was very rude. They called and we set up an appointment. I called the day before to cancel the appointment because I couldnt take off from work. The secretary was very rude but I looked past it because I was desperate for help and rescheduled. After comfirming with the secretary, I headed to the office which was 37 miles from were I worked just to find out he was not there. There was no phone call or any messages from his office. I tried to call the office and there was no response. Then after I leave I text her, "Thanks for nothing". And she texts back saying "Umm...Excuse me!.... did you even show up?" I have had tremendous financial troubles and was under much stress. I really need every penny I have. I nt afford bad service and the stress of rude people.
