Great lawyer for H1B and green card! five stars

Charles is a great lawyer for H1B and Green Card case, he gave me a lot of help how to apply and prepare document for my H1B and green cards cases. I have received my green card in this year with his professional Advice and support.

Best Lawyer you can trust !

I found this lawyer on the local Chinese newspaper when INS mistakenly processed my student visa. Mr. Cui first helped me to flip INS wrong conclusion, then he worked closely with my company's HR staff to get my green card obtained smoothly. Now my company with annual revenue around USD 500 millions ...is using him as the legal consultant on the matter of immigration to process our other alien employee's cases. Our company passed the INS field office on-site audit without any further questioning by the INS officers. That means he has prepared the best paperwork for us. Mr. Cui is absolutely the right choice when you are searching for the legal help.

NOT A PROFESSIONAL LAWYER

I hope he loses his license. Even if you have a straightforward case, he WILL mess it up. That's what he did to our case. We lost more than 2,000 dollars. Very rude in his interactions, Has absolutely no immigration law knowledge. You are better off presenting your case than go to him. If there was a... legal recourse to sue him, I would have. He would actualy threat you if you try to contact him. Never seen that in any professional. Only mistake we did was his fees were little less in the beginning. But, you will end up paying much more than if you go to a normal attorney. Stay away and only recommend him to your worst enemy. We stayed year in half with him just for our marriage papers this is a easy thing to do that i dont need a lawyer but i thought that he was good he said there will be no interview for our case and my husband will get the green card in the court. So we said ok and after all he said no I DONT GO TO COURTS. we did not know that he said that we need to fund a another lawyer all of my papers were denied with him.So after all I found the best professional lawyer and he did all of my marriage papers and new my husband have the green card his name is RICHARD i hope no one go to Charles.

you are a not reasonable client, and not a reasonable person. Over the years, I am blessed with so many wonderful clients. Seeing them achieving their American dream and settling in this new land, that's my motivation and joy of being an immigration lawyer. You retained me originally to transfer your husband's deportation case to Chicago Immigration Court, after you had "bad" experience with some lawyers in Detroit, MI. Of our sympathy, I charged you $400 to file motion to change venue and successfully moved your husband's case to Chicago Immigration court. I successfully had your husband's I-130 approved. I referred you some other immigration attorneys who may represent your husband for deportation case, because of my busy sechedule. What else you expect from me? This is a free country, not Iraq. But you still need to know what's resonableness and common courtesy. I hope you and your husband find peace and prosperity in this free country, rather than hatred and victim mentality

Great immigration lawyer, strongly recommended

I hired Charles three times with two different companies for my H1B work visa and green card processing for me and my wife. It was a pleasure working with Charles. He dealt very smoothly with my company to get all documents required and required very minimal inputs from me, he was very resourceful ...in getting things done effectively. He was always very quick in responding back to your email and telephone queries. I have recommended him to several of my friends and would strongly recommend his services to anyone.

What a gret work he did for me..!

I've been working with Mr. Cui since 2005 and I've got 2x H1-B visas successfully and also got 2x green card cases (EB3 and switch over to EB2) sucessfully. He was very responsive in a timely manner (almost within a couple of hours) and was also very knowledgeable since I had a bit complicate situati...on due to the bankruptcy of the company I work for. Again, I would recommend him to all my friends who need their immigration service.
