I have been Charles' client since my OPT days. I worked with him throughout the H1b and permanent residency process. He knows what he's doing and has always live up to his words. While waiting period and response from th...e government can be agonizing, one has to understand that it is out of attorney's control, and I trust that Charles has always handled the situation professionally. If the process is going to need 2+ years, keep emailing / phoning your attorney every week is not going to help. Again, I understand the pain & agony of waiting, but it's out of your attorney's control. Communication & trust are very important. It's important to let him know all your concerns, and needs so that he can address all of them properly. While his approach may not be as smooth as one might be used to, I truly believe that he knows what he's doing and he's always right to the point. I wouldn't hesitate to be his client again, or recommend him in the future.
