I consider myself a legal scholar who has a broad understanding of and experience in many areas of the law. In recent years I have concentrated a large portion of my practice on civil litigation and personal injury law. I am passionate about victims' rights.

A particular area of my interest is product liability law, as this can involve injuries caused by complex machinery or technical medical devices. I excell in researching how these products work and what caused them to malfunction or otherwise become (or start out) defective. I recently showed that a warehouse industrial heating unit malfunctioned because it was installed incorrectly. I did this through thorough analysis of the machinery components, and even learned how to install this highly complex unit myself. Further, I scrutinized years of emails between the parties to show how the real problem came about and to obtain a successful outcome for my client. The bottom line on that case was that I was successful because I was the only attorney who took the necessary steps and research to fully understand the problems that occurred.

Thoroughness is thus my philosophy in all my cases. That and keeping my clients informed and in-the-loop of the case. I consider my clients the prime decision makers. I take the time to ensure they understand the case, explaining it in every-day, easy to understand terms.
