Biography
I navigate injured people through the legal maze they face when a traumatic event happens in their lives. This includes representing plaintiff's injured in auto/trucking/motorcycle accidents, injured on the job, railroad related injuries and premises liability cases. I also specialize in complex insurance disputes that can arise in relation to these types of injuries, fighting to make sure that coverage is afforded to the people I represent.
A great deal of my practice is also focused on representing small to medium sized business owners in a wide range of matters including contract and leasing disputes, real estate transactions, insurance disputes, and general corporate governance.
