Biography
I have been a practicing criminal defense attorney since 1982. I am also licensed in Minnesota. I have handled cases in both State and Federal Courts in, Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Texas, as well as a military court in Alabama. I have represented numerous individuals charged with capital offenses over the years and have been active in the N.A.C.D.L. since 1980. I offer free consultations and make myself available 7 days a week. In addition I am of counsel at Halunen & Associates in Minneapolis, Mn, which specializes in Employment Discrimination cases as well as nationwide class action cases. I have an enormous respect for our brave men and women who served our country and extend a reduced rate for all members of the military and their families. I am also a panel attorney for the Illinois Rifle Association and the U.S. Conceal and Carry Association , helping citizens procure and retain their Conceal and Carry license.

Great Trial Attorney
Mr. Johnson represented my son for a very serious criminal charge. He convinced the jury to find him not guilty, when other lawyers i went to wanted him to plead guilty. Everyone that saw him work, commented on his style and confidence. If you find yourself in trouble call Mr. Johnson.
