Versatile Attorney

I hired Attorney Harvey to represent me in a post decree matter regarding parenting time. The children were living with mom and I so I was looking to secure joint parenting time (custody). Unfortunately, the circumstances of the case changed several times which required Attorney Harvey to change l...egal strategies a few times. Attorney Harvey was always professional and remained flexible as the circumstances of the case changed. Ultimately, she was able to help me secure full-time residential possession of my children.

Highly Pleased!

I hired Attorney Andrea Harvey as my lawyer after being referred by two personal friends. I was told that she was very professional, passionate, and competent in the area of family disputes, in which I was seeking legal assistance. I too can say that she is all that and much more. She was very thor...ough and patient in providing legal advice, consistent in follow-ups, and was a very hardworking attorney in the courtroom and beyond for my case. I would strongly recommended Andrea Harvey to serve as your attorney. She was able to resolve my family matter and I am highly pleased!

Unsatisfactory Performance

I hired attorney Harvey to handle my marriage dissolution. Initially she seemed to work well, but as things progressed I became less and less confident that she was working on my behalf. Things seemed to be agreed upon between her and opposing counsel without my agreement. She quit before I could ...fire her.

I hate that was your experience as I work extremely hard for all of my clients. What I can tell you is that I am currently and will always continue to work diligently on behalf of all of my clients- especially my paying clients. Your experience is your experience but I must correct you on the facts- there was and never has been an agreement or any of the sort with Opposing Counsel. Not only is that wrong it is completely untrue. The relationship between an attorney and the client is an important one. If there is a breakdown in communication, which is abundantly clear that was the situation in this case- it is always best that relationship ends. Which is why I chose to withdraw my representation. Excellent Attorney with a Heart of Gold!!

I hired Andrea Harvey to handle my dissolution of marriage in April of 2013. to I was so happy I found her. I had a bad experience with another lawyer prior to working with Andrea that caused a my first dissolution case to be dismissed. As a result I was very skeptical when it came to hiring legal r...epresentation. After sitting down to talk at our initial consultation Andrea put me at ease and I was ready to move forward with my case. Andrea kept me informed every step of the way.
