Lawyer is rarely available. When you ask questions she says it’s not my fault you don’t understand or know how interpret the paperwork. Exactly that’s why I’m not a lawyer and I’m asking you. She claims to have done changes that are not clarified and when I asked her why are the changes not showing i...n the paperwork her response was I don’t know that’s a problem between you and them, you need to ask them when we paid her to make the changes on the deeds. We are asking you because you did it, your the lawyer!! Does not know how to talk to customers without sounding condescending. Do not recommend at all. Paper work has scratched off errors that I said why are there words scratched off she said that doesn’t matter. I thought I was dealing with a professional these papers look like the photocopies of the 90s. Unreal biggest mistake coming here. 

Worst experience I ever had with an attorney. Never returns calls, staff does not know what is going on. Lost a deal because of her lack of responsiveness and caused my buyer to have more finical hardship by not closing on a real estate transaction. Had to fax the contract 3 time b/c she said see did... not get it.

My first time buying a commercial property. So I don't know what I'm doing. My fiance told me she was suppose to give me copies of all paperwork and contracts, but no, she did not. Someone put a higher bid in, so she said we been pushed out. I don't know how, when the seller has a time stamp for a ca...ncellation of contract and it was cancelled before the time stamp. Her response, "I don't know why he did that"," I don't know what to do". So, if you want a lawyer who is not aggressive and lazy, then give her a call. She is not knowledgeable and no, she did not keep me informed. I was constantly calling her office to speak to her. She is never available and she does not have a direct number. I felt like I didn't have a lawyer at all. Now she will not give me any copies of my paperwork and contracts. Something is fishy, I feel like she had other plans. Rather than working with me, she worked against me. I am now getting another lawyer to get copies of my papers/ contracts. Thanks for nothing and Thanks for wasting my time/ money.
