My first time buying a commercial property. So I don't know what I'm doing. My fiance told me she was suppose to give me copies of all paperwork and contracts, but no, she did not. Someone put a higher bid in, so she said we been pushed out. I don't know how, when the seller has a time stamp for a ca...ncellation of contract and it was cancelled before the time stamp. Her response, "I don't know why he did that"," I don't know what to do". So, if you want a lawyer who is not aggressive and lazy, then give her a call. She is not knowledgeable and no, she did not keep me informed. I was constantly calling her office to speak to her. She is never available and she does not have a direct number. I felt like I didn't have a lawyer at all. Now she will not give me any copies of my paperwork and contracts. Something is fishy, I feel like she had other plans. Rather than working with me, she worked against me. I am now getting another lawyer to get copies of my papers/ contracts. Thanks for nothing and Thanks for wasting my time/ money.
