I lead Fractional GCs, a boutique law firm providing proactive, business-minded legal counsel to growing companies, from venture-backed startups to established enterprises and Fortune 500 organizations.

Our model is designed to give clients the continuity of a trusted legal partner while providing access to the broader expertise they need as their businesses grow. Each relationship is led by a dedicated attorney who stays close to the business, understands its priorities, and brings in specialized counsel when needed.

In my role, I work directly with founders, executives, and in-house legal teams to:

- Serve as a strategic legal partner on day-to-day and high-impact business decisions, helping clients assess risk without unnecessarily slowing execution.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, technology, licensing, services, vendor, customer, and other complex business contracts.
- Advise on corporate governance, financings, M&A and strategic transactions, employment matters, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, and risk management.
- Help growing companies build more efficient legal operations, prioritize legal needs, and create scalable processes as the business evolves.
- Lead and develop a team of attorneys while coordinating specialist resources so clients can access the right expertise without managing multiple outside firms themselves.

The goal is simple: give clients sophisticated legal support that helps them move faster, make better decisions, reduce friction, and grow with greater confidence.
