Excellent defence lawyer! From the first time we talked, I was open and honest with him and he made me feel safe because he was willing to fight for me all the way to the end. He was Very good about returning calls to my Mother whom I gave him permission to speak with. I was Very patient and waited t...ill court to talk with him because I knew he was Very busy and not neglecting our case but working Very hard on it. I was facing sixty something years scared and lost. Josh Klaff got the biggest charge dropped and I was sentenced to 15 months. If I ever needed a Attorney again I would choose him with confidence. I think he is the Best! Be patient if you don't hear from him just know he's putting in work. Be honest with him and he will work with you.

Mr. Klaff was assigned to me as a Public Defender. Mr. Klaff only saw me 3 times out of the 5 months that I was in Rock County Jail. His visits were less than 5 min long and he didn't answer any of my calls or questions. He refused to take the evidence that I provided him seriously and then tried to ...pin the charges on my brother. When I refused to make my brother take those charges, Mr. Klaff got into my face IN COURT and tried to bully me into it. After again not agreeing Mr. Klaff quit. Seriously, I know that Mr. Klaff had other "Paying" and therefore "More Important" clietnts, but he was not professional AT ALL with me. This is my life here!. Be warned if you get him for a PD, he'll probably do the same to you!!!!
