Mr. Klaff is an extremely excellent choice for an attorney, providing you with straight forward honesty, even when you may not wish to hear it. His schedule is hectic and due to this, email, not phone, is the best way to communicate with him. He works long into the night, responding even after busi...ness hours have ended; so if you don't receive a response by 5pm, don't worry - he'll more than likely get back to you at some point that night, working as late as 9pm or 10 pm. He gives 110% and will fight tooth and nail for your defense, regardless if you're a paying client or pro bono/public defender client. He's extremely competent and I was impressed with how he handled my disorderly conduct case. It was a misunderstanding and he was able to argue this articulately, pointing out the facts, and my case was dismissed by my second court appearance. If I ever require an attorney again, he'll be my first choice.
