Joshua H. Klaff

I am fighting a very high profile case and they give me Mr. Klaff as a attorney. He has not done nothing for my case and its amazing how my family gets all the eveidence and not him. If you all get him, fire him he wont fight for you. Thry call him the plea bargain King. He came to the jail once to s...ee me and he wont answer no ones phone calls. I need a attorney that can stay in contact and keep me informed about my case and not have to depend on my family to do my attorneys work.

Mr. Klaff was assigned to me as a Public Defender. Mr. Klaff only saw me 3 times out of the 5 months that I was in Rock County Jail. His visits were less than 5 min long and he didn't answer any of my calls or questions. He refused to take the evidence that I provided him seriously and then tried to ...pin the charges on my brother. When I refused to make my brother take those charges, Mr. Klaff got into my face IN COURT and tried to bully me into it. After again not agreeing Mr. Klaff quit. Seriously, I know that Mr. Klaff had other "Paying" and therefore "More Important" clietnts, but he was not professional AT ALL with me. This is my life here!. Be warned if you get him for a PD, he'll probably do the same to you!!!!
