I may not have been lucky with the way my finances were going, but I was VERY lucky to have found John Kunes for my Bankruptcy lawyer. I called him cold off a website and he answered the phone the first time it rang, from Pennsylvania, while having dinner, at his fathers house, and still spoke to me ...for a little while before he told me he would get right back to me after dinner. Seriously. I was stunned. Not only was my search for a lawyer over, but somehow, most of my fears were over as well, in one phone call. John kept me informed the entire way, being patient with me as I struggled to get him all the info he needed. He always smiled and assured me that everything would be OK and of course it was. Bankruptcy is hard enough on a persons spirit, John gave me more than a clean financial slate to start again with, he gave me courage, and training I needed to get things back on track. I know I will keep up with him, he's a good man and a good friend.

My interaction and involvement with Attorney Kunes has been positive and informative. Preparing my case was time consuming and Mr. Kunes showed himself to be knowledgeable, he worked hard on organizing information and exhibits, insuring the case was ready to be presented , when the court date arrived.... He also assisted with prepping me for court and ensuring i was prepared for my testimony. During the actual hearing, he was professional with all involved.
