As a UK based professional I engaged the services of M Chawla for residency application to the USA. Being a very straightfoward case, I was amazed at several errors in filling in first and very simple I-30 form. When pointed out, with submitted corrections, I assumed a simple amendment would be affec...ted. Imagine my surprise, that instead of amending the obvious, she insisted the form was accurate! The date of birth, names as well as numbers were obviously incorrect. When I called personally by phone, I was informed that I was being difficult and then, very unproffesionally, I was subjected to a personal tirade. I will mention at this point, that I am over 60, in a healthcare setting, and consult with several patients and hold teaching positions. I am polite with clear communication as learnt from experience. I was both disappointed in her professional skill as well as obvious lack of professional manners. After intervention of another colleaugue lawyer, an amended and correct form was produced. Needless to say I sought another lawyer who was polite and thorough allowing for a smooth process to completion. This is the first time I have had to post a negative review. It is never nice. Errors occur, but a polite exchange would have been welcome. memnts rather proved the point.This all took two months, when it should have taken 20 minutes. Needless to say
