Excellent Experience, Both Professional and Personal

My husband and I worked with Bill through the process of getting my hubby his green card. We were looking for someone who would be able to effectively help us navigate the seas of paperwork that we expected to face, and to help us understand clearly what would be needed from us to make the applicati...on and interview process as easy as possible. Well not only did Bill and our case manager Olga do a fantastic job of guiding us in what was needed and how to prepare for our interview, but they also really made us feel so secure in the handling of the case, by how responsive they were to any questions, at any time, and how professional every office visit was. More than that, though, it was a genuine pleasure to work with Bill on a personal level - he and my husband had some great conversations about soccer and travel, which was really fun, and we just always felt treated with the utmost warmth, friendliness, and respect by everyone we talked to. We're so grateful to have worked with such a wonderful office, and there's absolutely no doubt that we will be returning to see Bill for any follow-up immigration assistance in the future.

Excellent Immigration Advice & Guidance Over Sixteen Years

Bill Schiller's name was given to me with the highest of recommendations from some civil rights activist friends in 1993. He and his staff have guided me through the transition from an F1 student visa to H1B, to Green Card and finally to Citizenship at the end of 2012. At all times during our relat...ionship, I found him to be highly available, responsive, thoughtful and encouraging. His advice at all times was bang-on. This is not an area that is easy to negotiate without quality advice and I have no hesitation in giving Bill the highest of recommendations.

Superb

After a year of back and forward with USCIS my I-751 was denied and I was facing possible deportation. I contacted the Law offices of Davidson & Schiller. They took immediate action and guided me throughout the entire process of reapplying. The case they presented to USCIS was so powerful and strai...ght to the point that I received a 10 year extension of my green card within weeks after filing! When I plan to file for residency within the next five years I will definitely rely on Davidson&Schiller's services again! There is no doubt in my mind William Schiller and his staff are top notch!

Exceptional Quality of Service

For our situation, Bill, reviewed all the activites within the Green Card process with exceptional clarity for us. His diagnostic questions, pinpointed areas to focus on. His team guided us through a process we found to be easy, transparent, structured, and timely. If you are looking for partner, n...ot just a lawyer, but a partner in your immigration endeavors, one that is empathetic, responsive, knowledgeable and proactive in their communication I would recommend Bill Schiller and his team. Thanks Bill.... it was a pleasure working with you

Outstanding Immigration Attorney!

Bill is an outstanding attorney. He has been successfully handling my family's immigration cases for years. My very first experience (my US citizenship) went so well that we had him handle my husband's citizenship and my mother's green card cases. When you're dealing with immigration matters, there's... no room for error. You're putting your future (and that of your family) in someone else's hands. In some cases, it might not only be the "American dream" or your financial opportunities in this country that are at stake, but you it might even be your freedom or even your life. When there's so much on the line, you'd better be sure you pick the right attorney because if you do it wrong the first time, there's no guarantee that you'll be given a second chance to fix that mistake. That's why I didn't hesitate to have Bill handle all of my family's immigration cases. He's experienced, compassionate and cares a great deal about his clients. Additionally, his office staff is excellent; they're knowledgable and responsive. I would not think twice to retain Bill's services for the fourth time should the need arise.
