A miracle case

Bill Schiller was recommended to me by his former colleague as the most knowledgeable and honest attorney he ever new. At that time, my family and I were already in the US for 10 years, trying to adjust our temporary immigration status. Prior to hiring Mr. Schiller we worked with four immigrati...on attorneys and none of them made any progress on our case. The problem with adjusting our status was that my original J-1 visa had a two year rule of return to my home country attached to it. I was awarded a 10 month Fulbright stipend in 1987 and needed a waiver from USIA, before being able to adjust my status to permanent residency . Obtaining such a waiver was a very complicated process and not likely to be successful. Mr. Schiller worked long and hard and advised me to involve my employer to influence the process. His approach was successful not just because of his exceptional knowledge and professionalism, but also because he believed in a just cause and cared about us. He gave us back the believe in justice and law. It was almost a miracle, but finally my whole family obtained permanent residency. We are now in the process of obtaining our US citizenships. My family and I are forever grateful to Mr. Schiller and his stuff. We recommend him highly.

Residency & Citizenship client

I recommend Bill Schiller with no hesitations. We worked with Bill both for my residency and citizenship, and my wife's citizenship application. Working with Bill kept us informed and at ease during the entire process, which couldn't have gone smoother. I have in fact already recommended Bill to... other colleagues and friends who are equally satisfied with his work, professionalism and knowledge.

Expert Handling of Complicated Citizenship Case

Bill Shiller did an exceptional job representing me on a complicated citizenship case. Bill resolved mistakes made by a previous lawyer working on the case and helped me attain citizenship. Not only is he a brilliant attorney, he's also very personable. His professionalism and knowledge of the legal... system and immigration case law is exceptional and turned my troubled case into a success story!

Former client

William (Bill) Schiller was truly a pleasure to work with. I was very pleased with the results (permanent residence, and eventually citizenship) and could not recommend him or his law firm more highly. He and his staff navigated me through the confusing system of U.S. immigration. My family and I are... grateful.
